With our in-house injection molding machines ranging from 80 tons to 500 tons, we can provide one-stop service for our customers to save time and cost. We have hands on experience in processing commercial and engineering materials in transparent, opaque, filled or reinforced grades. As a result, we can show you samples of a great variety of mouldings to illustrate material strength rigidity and surface finish etc, so that you can weigh up all these factors relative to your own product ideas. The most materials we have used are PP, ABS, Nylon, PC, PMMA, PE, PS, PC/ABS, PBT etc. This is a project used for industrial field, and with cold runner, not hot runner.
